Privacy policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data NIE DIGITAL collects through niedigital.dev and when you write to us, why we use it and what rights you have. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is NIE DIGITAL LTD OOD (“NIE DIGITAL”), a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 204932502, with its registered address at Ovcha Kupel, bl.511, vh.V, Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@niedigital.dev.
What this website collects
This website has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or forms, and it does not use cookies for any of those purposes.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you requested. It may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare explains its own practices in its privacy policy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, which is our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, if we go on to work together, to prepare and carry out our agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for those purposes. Records linked to a contract or an invoice are kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. The only parties that handle it on our behalf are the providers that run this website and our email, acting as our processors under data processing terms. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, or limit how we use it;
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest; and
- send it to you, or to another company, in a portable format.
Write to hello@niedigital.dev and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or to the data protection authority where you live.
Our apps
This policy covers the website and email only. Any app we publish will have its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
